Apartments and b&b

Our estate is composed of well equipped units: double bedrooms with  B&B accommodation and  apartments with cooking corner, completely restored in typical tuscan style, maintaining intact the  old original elements such as wooden-beam and arched  ceilings,  brickwork floors. Each unit disposes of private entrance and outside space in the wide and marvellous court equipped with table and chairs, barbecue-area and shaded spots.

The double bedrooms have  shower/wc and hair-dryer, TV and little fridge.

The apartments are equipped with original tuscan furniture of the eighteenth century, dispose of cooking-corner with  oven, toaster, coffee-pot, shower/wc and hair-dryer. At disposal of the guests: wide  swimming-pool (mt 7 x 15), situated on a natural terrace facing San Gimignano and an enchanting landscape; spacious common halls, Internet WI-FI, parking-places, a little laundry, play-ground for children.
