Dreams are like a good glass of wine, they help us to face reality... When reality becomes perfect, so it is a dream which deserves to be lived… That’s the philosophy of our company: long experience in viticulture, strict keeper of the noblest Tuscan traditions besides an international culture. Our vineyards produce Designation of Checked Origin (DOCG) and Typical Geographical Indication (IGT) renowned red and white wines, such us the classic Chianti Colli Senesi or Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Sangiovese Rosé, Vernaccia of San Gimignano, Sauvignon white and other more…
Taste our wines together with some typical tuscan products: ham, salami, cheeses, tuscan toasts and other land products that you will find at our farm. We organized as well guided tours with tasting of our wines, extravergin olive oil and typical local products, furthermore during the whole year lunches & dinners for our guests.
Red Wines
We produce renowned red wines, all of them with an intense and persistent bouquet , to be served either with pasta and either with all meat courses. We have several wine-lines from the classic such as Chianti Colli Senesi and IGT Rosso Toscano to other more international such us the ‘DREAMS’ line and the famous ‘SUPER-TUSCANS’. Below you will find only some examples, please ask for more informations concerning our complete production.
White Wines
Our white wines are particularly appreciated in the hottest months, to be served cool with ‘hors-d’oeuvres’ and all fish courses. We produce several white wines such as IGT Bianco Toscano and Vermentino but the most wellknown is indeed the ‘Vernaccia of San Gimignano’, a very old grape, already named from Dante Alighieri in the ‘Divina Commedia’ and one of the first Italian wine having obtained the DOC certification!
Extra-Vergin Olive - Oil
Our olive-groves produce a quality cold pressed extra-vergin olive-oil, that has a typical fruity and intense taste, suitable to cook every recipe or simply to be tasted on the bread.
Cold Cuts & Cheeses
Taste our wines together with local genuine products that you will find at the estate: ham, cold cuts as the renowned ‘Finocchiona’ (salami with fennel), cheeses as the ‘Pecorino Rosso of San Gimignano, served with honey and jams.
Wine Tastings & Cooking
We organise all year round for little or big groups wine tours of our estate, letting taste our renowned wines and typical local products such us extra-vergin olive-oil, typical tuscan cold cuts, cheeses etc…, enjoying the friendliness and the familiar welcoming of a typical tuscan farm. You can choose a simply snack or lunches/dinners with full menus, furthermore one or more days cooking-classes to learn the bases of the home-made tuscan cooking.
