PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The undersigned, having read the information provided by the treatment holder in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in the notice as necessary to enable the owner the proper management of the relationship and a proper treatment of the data.
