Red Wines
We produce renowned red wines, all of them with an intense and persistent bouquet , to be served either with pasta and either with all meat courses. We have several wine-lines from the classic such as Chianti Colli Senesi and IGT Rosso Toscano to other more international such us the ‘DREAMS’ line and the famous ‘SUPER-TUSCANS’. Below you will find only some examples, please ask for more informations concerning our complete production.
The Dreams - Sangiovese 100% IGT
100% Sangiovese grapes with selected harvest by hand , espalier growing with a density of 4400 plants each hectare and a production of about 70 quintals per hectare. Fermentation in oak barrows for at least 8 months, then the wine is refined other 6 months in numbered bottles. 13% alcohol content, intense and persistent bouquet of red fruits and full taste with smooth tannins. Particularly suitable to accompany game roasted meat dishes, to be served at room temperature, the bottle should be opened at least one hour before serving.
Crux Bibbiani - Chianti DOCG
90% Sangiovese and 10% no-autochthonous red grapes with selected harvest by hand with a density of 4400 plant each hectare and a production of 70 quintals per hectare. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 17 and 20 Centigrade degrees for about 15 days. 12,5% alcohol content, intense and persistent bouquet with a round and equilibrated taste. Particularly suitable to accompany all pasta and red meat courses, to be served at room temperature, the bottle should be opened at least one hour before serving.
